[Q]:Why logining firstly is invalid?

Hi All,
  I have a question:
  When I login into our Alpha systems, the machines echo "invalid
login" sometimes (sometimes there is no problem). I login again, it is
then all right. How about the problem? Our systems run DU 3.2.
