1000 4/233 Firmware Ver to support RAID and DU

Hi OSF Manager,

I would like to know what is the min. ver of firmware to install PCI RAID
(1 channel) and DU 3.2G (or 4.0b) for AlphaServer 1000 4/233 (or 4/266)?

Now, the current firmware version is 3.1.
