HELP - VMUNIX file deleted

        I have accidently deleted the VMUNIX file (fingers keyed rm instead of MV) and now I cannot boot the system. How can I boot from CD (Installation CD) and rebuilt the kernel and get everything back to normal!
        The machine is running DU 4.0B.
