Tcsh as login shell

Hi, gurus

I use tcsh as login shell. It works well except that when I login from
CDE the $HOME/.login don't be sourced. I have set DTSOURCEPROFILE=true.
>From the $HOME/.dt/startlog I can conclude that it is caused because the
tcsh is non-standard shell. But how can I change tcsh into a standard
shell? And which application decide the .login whether be sourced in CDE
login procedure.
