Not enough space in bootp packet

Hello,
i have the error message from file log about bootp/join :

 /usr/sbin/joind[17979]: Not enough space in bootp packet for data with tag
144
--------------------


THe result is apparently that a network printer under bootp protocol gives
troubled sheet of paper when we give it impression.

Does anybody a answer of this.
