unset command in Restricted shell

hi ,

  I have a tipical requirement . I want to remove the unset command from
the restricted shell i.e rsh which is inbuilt as it is creating a
security problem for our system.By this command user is able to change
the shell and is able to access other files.Can someone help me out in
solving this issue .
