tk70 summary

The concess seems to be that the tk70 interface is only available for a qbus
based mvax or ultrix based machine. Also, that the TZ87 is capable of reading
the tapes. I have searched our inventory of equipment at the lab and have been
able to find an old mvax with the necessary interface still functional.
