hi all,
i have a Digital alpha server 8400 with 4 processors 625 MH each
running DU 4.0d
there are two major application running on this m/c an online
application enables the customer to contact the m/c and ask for his bill
the second is the billing application itself which calculate the
customer bills
the last one is an heavy application and when running makes the on line
application service v.slow
my question is if there is any solution to bind the billing application
to just one processor and didn't make it use the other 3 ones.
if this is possible how is it implemented???
