I am facing a strange problem (atleast to me it seems strange) with DEC200 4/233 with out cd drive & catridge
drive with OSF/1 3.2c
Some how my disk got crashed so we are trying to reinstall the OS.It gives a error message while boting and after that it comes to single user mode. Error is

SIA initialization error
This reboot will return to single user mode
To repair the SIA security configuration

We connected a Sanyo quatriple cd drive(DKA400) & system recognise all devices including this cd drive).
But the problem is while booting with OScd (we tried right from ver 1.x to latest DIGITAL unix) it hangs. Sytem accesses CD and reads the same while booting but then it hangs with the firmware message ae: ce; ..
ver 6.4-1 osf/1 ...like this.
Does any one have solution for this..
