What is the best way to redirect the /usr/spool/mail to an alternate disk?

Thank you again for the help on the last question. The currrent setup of
the system in question is:

DEC Alpha 800
1GB ram

(1) 12GB rre0 RAID set
AdvFS:
1GB root
2.5GB swap
4.3GB var
4.3GB usr

(1) 17GB rre1 RAID set
17GB /users

I wish to use the second RAID set for the mail directories (namely
/usr/spool/mail/) as we are implementing lifetime IMAP accounts. What is the
smartest way to accomplish this?
