Alpha Not Boot. SROOM Error

Dear Managers,

I have one Alpha Server. Yesterday morning
When I boot the System, I got following message
on Console panel next to Boot Button:

SROM v1.4 fa

Thats might mean SROM v1.4 failed to active.

Can you please write me that should I do to
run the machine?
