Self-test error on DEC3000-500

I just got my hands on an old DEC 3000-500. I have not yet attempted
to install Digital Unix on it, but I have powered it on and when doing
so, the self test routines report the following error:

CXT ?? 000 0064

Is there anyone that can translate this for me? Is it fatal?
