Hi All,
I am wondered about Load Average and CPU Utilization Relationship.
Normally I think when the CPU Utilization increases, Load Average will
increase. When the CPU Utilization is zero (almost), Load Average will
drop down to zero too. But I have found that Load Average of the system
sometimes stays at nozero level (2-3) even the CPU is almost idle. Do you
have any idea about why the Load Average stays non zero while the CPU
Utilization is very low. Please feel free to send me a mail.
