SED/AWK question

I've got a file containing disk statistics that is laid out like:

0000
0 rz0 0/0/0 0 18 2 20 2
1 rz1 0/1/0 0 18 2 20 2
...
...
0010
0 rz0 0.....
1 rz1 0....

I want to take the timestamp (a number that goes 0000, 0010, ... 2350) and
prepend each line before the next timestamp with it, so it would look like:

0000 0 rz0 0/0/0 0 18 2 20 2
0000 1 rz1 0/1/0 0 18 2 20 2

0010 0 rz0 0.....
0010 1 rz1 0....

Any sed/awk folks willing to give this a shot? Thanks!
John H. Warren
