SUMMARY: building sendmail-8.9.1

Thanks to Robet Benites for the soln.

This is to rename the new libdb.a to something like libdb2.a, and edit
makefile:

LIBS= -ldb2 -lresolv

because the original Digital libdb is picked up preferentially.
