CDE calendar (/var/spool/calendar - setting up a nfs(?) server)

Hello,
        Whenever my users use the calendar program, it appears to store
information on the local filesystem /var/spool/calendar. I need to share
the calendar information across all my systems. I'm planning to choose
one system as the calendar nfs server and nfs mount it on my other
systems. I'm sure many of you have already done this. Is it as simple as
that and are there gotchas? How are the locks handled? Or is there a
better way to accomplish this? If this is documented, please point the
way.
