alpha axp 4620 fault id E130

Hi,

We have an Alpha AXP 4620 that wont power up due a Fault ID Display error
of E130. This is the diagnostic on the back. Unfortunately, the manual I
have does not document the error. Does any one out there have any idea
what this means?
