Perhaps someone can help me improve my understanding of how directive
files work on NSR. I put a .nsr file in a directory whose contents I do
not want backed up at all. The .nsr file simply had the word "skip" in it.
Unfortunately, that directory and the files within it are still being
backed up. The documentation on this feature sure leaves a lot to be
desired.
