dxsession and applications menu

Hi.

We have AlphaStation 255 running DU 4.0B with C2 and DXsession.
We are using XWin32 to connect to the DU box. On some of these stations,
any user that logs on does not get anything under the applications menu bar.
It is emply. While the person can go and sit down on another station and
the applications menu has a listing. The stations are configured
identically.

Any clue on whats going on??
