This is an odd problem that just came up in the last couple
days. I have been trying to nfs mount a file system and I
keep getting "permission denied" from one machine (the NIS
server) when I try to perform the mount. Just for grins I
tried rsh <host foo> df -k (from the NIS server) and I get:
"Host address mismatchPermission denied."
Rsh works fine to the host "foo" from all the other machines in
our cluster and they can also mount the filesystem in question.
Yes, I have the host that can't mount the file system in the
/etc/exports file.
We're running DU4.0D on Alphas.
Any ideas ?
