HSZ40 to HSZ50 upgrade

     I am preparing to upgrade our HSZ40 single controller to a dual HSZ50
     configuration.
     
     The machine is a AS4100 running 4.0b.
     
     Is this a particularly ugly upgrade? What dangers or pitfalls await
     me?
     
     Is this plug and play :) ?
     
     Do I need to reconfigure the kernal?
     
     Is there a upgrade document that I can view to get an idea on the
     scope and level of effort to make this upgrade a success?
