The DEC C++ is on the Associated Products Vol #1 cd.
Following info from Tom Webster with many saying the same thing:
The binaries are linked against the C++ runtime libraries. Unfortunately,
DEC changed the setld name of the CXXRTL that the installer is looking for
between the time the utility was written and it was released.
1. Make sure you have the current CXXRTL installed off of the Comp Products CD.
2. Copy the install directory for the management utilites to a disk and edit
the installer script to look for the correct name of the C++ runtime libs.
You can find what is installed using "setld -i | grep -i CXX".

I'm currently running Dunix V4.0 878 on an Alpha 2100. I'm trying to install
the online management utility for the Array 200 ( V2.3 ) and am encountering a
problem. It seems that I need to have DEC C++ shared libraries also installed.
I scanned the SPL cds (dated Jan/April 1998) and the only reference is to
C++ is DIGITAL C++ for DIGITAL UNIX version 2.5 (dca250) and there are no
shared libraries files.
Do I need to upgrade to a news version of the management utility? Is the
StorageWorks Command Console a replacement for it?
