Many thanks go out to:

For the SCSI add-on, I have 3 choices for TurboChannel options:
(From Allan Rollow)
PMAZC - Dual channel, fast, narrow, single-ended SCSI
PMAZB - Dual channel, slow, narrow, single-ended SCSI
KZTSA - Single channel, fast, wide, differential
As for the memory, Kingston seems to be a good supplier.
The Kingston PN is KTV-A300/64 for a 64 meg kit for DEC 3000-300's.
Spectrum Trading has them for $103 per kit new, lifetime warranty, etc.
Charles M. Richmond says that standard 72-pin, true-parity 70ns 8meg or
32meg SIMMS will also work. 60ns SIMMs size incorrectly.
Eric.Rostetter_at_utoledo.edu says DATARAM and Viking memory are also good
choices.
Thanks to everyone who responded.
Here is my original message:
We have a bunch of DEC 3000/300's here and want to upgrade some of them.
One of the upgrades needed is another SCSI bus. The system manual says that
a PMAZC-AA is a dual SCSI TURBOchannel module. Is this my only choice for a
SCSI controller? Are there any other options? Currently, we have a BA35X-VA
StorageWorks cabinet hanging off the on-board SCSI controller if that makes
a difference.
Another upgrade is RAM. How is Kingston memory in these systems?
Kingston sells a 64meg kit for these systems for about $100-120. Digital
memory costs too much, so I am trying to find other options if possible.
