Latest version Popper with source?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Can you pls write me from here I can download the latest version
of Popper/POP3d for Digital UNIX 4.0A?

Aside this I want to know how a hacker get the files using "telnet
<smtp.server> smtp"
and some other command. I am using sendmail.8.9.1 but wants to know details
to protect the servers and services.
