Hi
At the place where I work we're considering moving from NT Alpha to
Digital Unix so we asked the local Digital (Compaq) office to loan
us the CDs and a 2 month evaluation license.
I don't have any experience with administering Digital Unix but I
managed to do the install. The problem is that DU complains about a
missing OSF-BASE license and I can only login as root (it complains
that there are too many users logged on).
The license that Digital gave us is only a OSF-USR license and has
0 units.
Is this right?
Should we ask for another license?
Is there any other place where I can get an evaluation license or
will I have to wait for monday?
