Turning off auto-locking in screen saver?

OK, I'm running under 4.0D.

I want to turn off the autolocking feature in the dtscreen saver. Too
many students are walking way from the workstations (they haven't figure
out what the "EXIT" button is for and are too stubborn to ask), and the
workstations are locking up.

I made a copy of /usr/dt/config/C/sys.resources to
/etc/dt/config/C/sys.resources, and edited the lockTimeout value,
setting it to zero. I also set saverTimeout to 20 (from 10). This had no
effect. I made the changes directly to /usr/dt/config/C/sys.resources,
and it was no different - the defaults still apply (30 and 10
respectively).

I DID restart CDE to reload the new values.

Any ideas where I really want to set this?
