a.) Because this is an official Netscape mirror and
b.) Because Netscape's attitude seems to be to release such huge
stuff to their official mirrors before putting it no their
own site in order to avoid their own site being overflown
with downloads.

Hi everybody,
I just wanted to let you all know that Netscape has finally managed
to release a 4.5_PR2 Communicator specifically for DU 4.0x. There
is a 3.x version as well. Check out:

This is a netscape mirror. Interestingly it is not yet on
ftp.netscape.com.
I have not tried it yet and can't comment on its stability.
