perl5 out of memory signal?

Dear All,

I'm having a problem with a perl (5.00404) script thats running out of
memory. THis is on a du4.0d system

The script dies with an "Out of memory!" msg. What is (if there is one)
the signal that's being sent to the process? I'm inclined to try and trap
this in the script, instead of bumping up system params.

I've just printed off the list of signals that perl knows about, but there
is no obvious (to me) candidate, also done a man 4 signal.

Cheers,

Bob
