DU version of ncp on VMS

Hi,

Is there a command like ncp on VMS for DU. We are on DU 4.0b if
that is relevant. I will be glad to summarize. One paticular
function of ncp is the ability to access a terminal server
command port. Some of these are old terminal servers.
