Diff of trucluster v1.4 and v1.4A

Hello!

We will go to install the last patches for Digital Unix v4.0b and we
have seen that is necesary to install
patches for the package Trucluster but the patches for this package are
for the version 1.4A and
we have the version 1.4.
Which is the difference in TCRv1.4 and TCRv1.4A ?
How do we can to arrive or install the version TCRv1.4A?
