ADVFS fragmentation & log_half_full panic

Folks,

I need to *deliberately* cause a log_half_full panic by
heavily fragmenting an fset in order to test a recovery
procedure. This will be tried on a scratch fset.

What would be the best/quickest way to accomplish this?
