How to change time zone on Alpha 1200A running DEC Unix 4.0d

Thanks to all that replied.

The solution was to change the link for localtime in /etc/zoneinfo to point to
GB-Eire

Some people suggested rebooting. I found this unnecessary - maybe because I am
synchronising to network time servers
