who do i create a lsm ram-plex/disk

Dear Managers,

In the book for the Logical Storage Manager and in the manualpages of
voldisk a ramplex e.g. ramdisk is used in an example.

How do i create such a LSM-ramdisk e.g. a mirror for LSM-hotspots on disks ?
