How do you sent up a Digital UNIX user with logon time constraints?

Apologies in advance if this is too basic a question - seems like it
*should* be obvious but not so for me!

I have a DU 4.0d system. I want to create a user account that will ONLY
allow a successful logon during certain hours of the day. I know this can
be done in VMS and WNT, but how does the UNIX world handle this?
