SUMMARY: How do you set up a Digital UNIX user with logon time constraints?

Thanks to all for the quick response. There seems to be two (2) approaches
to addressing this:

1. Install and/or set up the C2 security environment.

See /usr/sbin/secsetup

Subsets you need are..

OSFC2SEC410 installed C2-Security (System Administration)
OSFXC2SEC410 installed C2-Security GUI (System Administration)

Based on some replies I got installing C2 security is not necessarily a
trivial endeavour. There exists the potential to have to disrupt your user
environment quite a bit as well as complicating your life as system manager.

2. Insert a time check into the appropriate login script. (.login, etc.) If
the time parameters aren't met, do a logout. There are undoubtedly other
variations on this theme that would work.
