Hi Guys,

On the Alpha Firmware 5.2 CD (which we havn't got currently) has the method
 of
upgrading the SWXCR firmware changed from swxcrfx.exe to ra200fl.exe, and
is this
the required firmware version for 9/18GB disks? (RZ30/31)

The documentation on the CD still refers to swxcrfw.exe, and the versions
of the
firmware recommended are different than those on the CD, in
\utility\swxcrmgr.

The documentation advises V2.15 for EISA and V2.19 for PCI
The drivers in the CD are 216, 242 and 249.

Additionally, where can I get hold of online swcxr manager, the GUI for
Digital
Unix?, as I see from the webpage that a product called Storageworks Command
 Cons
ole seems to have superceded it, however, this product does not support
EISA swx
crs (KZESC) but does support PCI swxcrs (KZPSC). We currently have 1 KZESC
on on
e node and 2 KZESC and 1 KZPSC on another node.

P.S. other than a silly "HELP" post this is my first post so please treat
me
gently =8^|

Thanks in anticipation
