Who all took the time to reply.
Their were a few dissenting voices, but the consensus of opinion was
that the upgrade path should be :-
V3.2G to V4.0A to V4.0D
Unfortunately, I don't have the V4.0A CD's so that option is out! Many
people were also of the opinion that a fresh install is sometimes the
best option when faced with a convoluted upgrade.
I was wrong in my assuption that V4.0A was a hardware release,
V4.0C is though.
Most people also agreed that the presence of the 3.2G patches should
not cause me a problem, should I wish to follow the upgrade path.
