This first problem has been resolved by the French CSC : Thank you.
When you upgrade you have to look in the /nsr/mm directory and if there are
2 files with the same inode number (ls -li) copy the .noscav file to
old.noscav and remove the .noscav reference in the .nsr file.
Th second problem now is to introduce the enabler code even after issuing
the DECNSR-NET-SVR pak, it seems that NSR considers that there is always a
base license.
