[SUMM] - DDR entry for TKZ62CL

This problem took quite a bit of help from DEC to track down. Alan
Davis had the ddr entry I needed. As it turns out, the firmware on the
tape drive is 5 rev's out of date.

The ddr entry makes the drive read successfully, but still throws
density errors. As long as it is reading, I don't care for now. I plan
to upgrade firmware at the next available opportunity. This SHOULD make
the drive work with the default ddr.dbase.

This also explains why I found someone out on the list who has the same
drive running fine on 4.0d. He probably has current firmware.

No idea what the problem is but I have a TKZ62 working quite happily
under
DU 4.0d.

(In other words, forget about the "retirement" b.s.)
