We two alphaservers (AS8400 & AS4100) clustered via memory channel. they share
a SW800-box with twin HSZ50-controllers and an ESA1000 with HSZ70-controllers.
A part of the disks SW800 are connected to the other node (AS4100) are mounted
via cluster service. They keep reporting error messages in errorlog. DIA report
is as follows:

These 7 (not all) seven disks keep reporting these messages eventuaaly filling
up the errorlog. When I use file to examine these disks, it reports that these
disks are offline.
