SUMMARY -- 4.0D, Changing default swap partition

Thanks for all the quick responses from several kind souls. Several pointed
out the same straightforward solution.

Results:

1. The config keyword from the parameter file doesn't have anything to do
with it.
2. The /sbin/swapdefault symbolic link defines the default swap partition;
remove it to go to lazy mode or link it to another device to make that
device the default swap partition for eager mode.
3. The rc.config variable "PAGEFILE" should be changed to the new device.
