Problems with POP, using PMDF 5.1-9

Hi,

We're running PMDF (version 5.1-9) as our mail server software on an
Alpha 1200 running Digital Unix 4.0D. Although our IMAP clients work
fine, and you can telnet to the system or ping at the snap of a finger,
we're seeing timeouts from our POP clients.

I'm trying to work the issue with Innosoft (the PMDF vendor), but
wondered if anyone else in the DEC world has has a similar experience.
