Hello! 10 pieces of DEC Server 700 and DUNIX V4.0 problem.

I upgraded V4.0 to V4.0D(and patches) and NAS stopped to work, naturally
:-).
I have installed NASv2.0 again to Dunix V4.0D.

How DECServer 700:s will boot? I typed all of them by /etc/add_DECserver.
I think it's OK, because I have done it many times before in other
systems with succes. I have checked hardware address. OK.
/etc/hosts is OK.

Any of 10 DecServers 700 don't boot anymore!

I remember that older version had same kind problem and I solved it by
puting -r flag for tftp in /etc/inetd.conf file. Now it didn't help.

/etc/inetd.conf looks like:

finger stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/fingerd fingerd
tftp dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tftpd tftpd -r
/usr/tftpboot
comsat dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/comsat comsat
#talk dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/talkd talkd
ntalk dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/ntalkd ntalkd
# Please note that bootp functionality has been subsumed by the
# DHCP daemon (joind). Please refer to the joind(8) man page
bootps dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/bootpd bootpd
#bootps dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/joind joind

and /usr/adm/syslog.dated/14-???? looks like:

Sep 14 16:47:03 tuota inetd[672]: /usr/sbin/bootpd: exit status 0x100
Sep 14 16:53:40 tuota inetd[672]: /usr/sbin/bootpd: exit status 0x100
Sep 14 17:06:52 tuota last message repeated 2 times
Sep 14 17:13:28 tuota inetd[672]: /usr/sbin/bootpd: exit status 0x100
Sep 14 17:20:04 tuota inetd[672]: /usr/sbin/bootpd: exit status 0x100
Sep 14 17:24:01 tuota dnsclerk[20497]: Unable to open dns clerk event
file. Error: No such file or directory
Sep 14 17:26:40 tuota inetd[672]: /usr/sbin/bootpd: exit status 0x100

(... by the way ... what the *?_at_ dns clerk? it's bothers me too)

/tftpboot is link /usr/tftpboot and there is WWENG1 image.

thank for any help...
