Having trouble building a new kernel on a PWS 500au running DU v4.0D with
an extra KZPBA SCSI interface connected to an external StorageWorks pedestal.
The system came with DU preinstalled so I did a full reinstall to set things
up how I like them to be. That all went fine, the kernel built and the system
has been up and running for a couple of months.
Today I edited the config file to add the NTP_TIME option and the kernel
build now fails with the following error messages in /sys/ZUAXP12/errs:

This means nothing to me apart from the fact that it appears to have something
to do with one/both of the SCSI cards (?).
So the question is....what's going on, why is it suddenly unable to build a
kernel ?
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
john
