upgrade from 3.2A to 3.2C - Tulip Network Driver

Hi,

            We just upgraded Alpha AXP 1000 from 3.2A to 3.2C. We have a
Ether Works Turbo
            PCI(DE435-AA) controller which is connected to RJ-45. After
the upgrade the Tulip
            tu0 driver is defaulting to AUI connector without setting
the jumper on the controller.

            We fixed the problem temporarily by setting the jumper so
that we can use AUI. How
            can we make ethernet driver not defaulting to AUI. We would
like to use the RJ-45.
