NTP setup

I am trying to set up NTP on one of our servers but it failed at the point
it is doing ntpdate

I manually do ntpdate -d -q server-name and get the following error:

4 Nov 09:39:33 ntpdate[9377]: no server suitable for synchronization found

Any ideas.
