[SUMMARY] Restoring dumps from 4.0B on 4.0D machines

Thanks to Michael Crowley, John Francini and Dr. Tom Blinn for their
quick responses.

It appears no one has heard of this bug but the suggestion that got me
out of trouble was to use the 4.0B restore binary on the 4.0D machine.

John suggested using vdump/vrestore, a suggestion I'll take up next
time I have to move file systems around.
