 First look at bootp(8), joind(8), tftpd(8) and bootptab(4)

Our system is DU-4.0b, and we use DEC joind as DHCP server.

I found myself in a similar position earlier this year and
unfortunately I could not find a DHCP server for that platform.
What I did was purchase JOIN/DHCP from Competitive Automation
(www.join.com). The version that works on 3.2 is JOIN 3.3q. For the
server that is currently running the entire college system I paid
about $1800 (US). This included one year of upgrades. This
particularly nice if you need to upgrade to the DU 4.x platform in
the next year.
Hope this information helps you.
