Libdnet.so File

Hello,
I am running DU 4.0d with Sybase (in a perl environment) , and I am trying
to compile some programs but there is a file that is missing "libdnet.so".
Somebody could tell me where I can find it?
I have installed C++RTL (Shared Libraries) and C++.
This file comes with sybase ?
Comes with DU ? If so, is retired in DU 4.0d ?
