User Migration from a machine running DU3.0B to another DU4.0D un der C2

Dear Fellow Managers,

I have an existing Alpha Server 2000 with about 100 users running DU3.0B
under C2.

I have to get these users migrated to a new Alpha Server 1200 running DU4.0D
under C2. Obviously I don't want to set the users up one by one :-). Has
anybody done something similar?

Please advise & I will summarize.
